This had to be a post all by itself....on January 30th my grandaddy (yes, I'm almost 31 and I still call him grandaddy)turned 89!!!! He is a young 89...looks good, is in good overall health and is the perfect grandaddy! We went to lunch this year at Longhorn...one of his favorite places to eat...I had the privelage of making his birthday cake....our family recipe...coconut cake! We had a great time and look forward to celebrating many more birthday's with him!
