Ready or not....

So as I have been saying for a while....Landon starts Kindergarten this Thursday! Wow! As a parent...from the moment we found out that we were expecting...each time...we started to think about the big milestones for each child...its only natural right? Well this is one of the first HUGE milestones....Kindergarten...it represents so much. This is the beginning of his formal education...the beginning of true friendships...the beginning of ahletics... homework and so much more. To me it means he is really no longer "my baby"....yes I know that he is a little boy but he will truly always be my baby. He has such a sweet disposition and a gentle spirit and I know he will thrive...he is so excited and I am trying to get on borard with that level of excitement....some of us just need more time. I think I am going to have to get ready...open house is tonight.... we get to tour the school and meet his teacher. So ready or not... here we come...let the school days begin.
