The best day ever....

We have been laying low lately....it was time for us to slow down. We always have so much planned that we decided it was time to not have the calendar full! We have spending more time at home on the weekends and focusing on more quality family time. Don't get me wrong...I'm sure things will start picking up, but for now we are in a good place. I haven't even been taking the camera with us...just having a good time and making great memories. Last Monday was a beautiful day....temperature was around 78 and the sun was shining...I was off of work on a furlough day...I picked up Kendall from her school about 12:30 and then checked Landon out of schoool (he was so excited). We headed to quick trip (our favorite gas station) and got some drinks and snacks and rode with the windows down to Dalton...we visited grandma Jessie and Papa and Mimi....the kids kept saying it was the best day ever :) I think it was up there!
